About Us

In lieu of membership fees, the Norris Lake Youth Sailing Foundation requires 4 hours minimum of monthly volunteering. Volunteer opportunities are listed under the "Membership" tab located in our menu. 

Safety is of the utmost importance on our quest for teaching our youth the fundamentals of sailing. Necessary swimming gear should be worn at all times and should be provided by the member. 

Norris Lake is 90+ acres and is surrounded by a private lake community located about 20 miles east of Atlanta.

We expect each child to have a legal guardian or adult present with them at all times throughout the learning process. Each session is an experience that we hope both the child and guardian will remember for a lifetime!
